    This exam will test your ability to read, listen to, and write academic English. The schedule for the exam is as follows. You can download samples for each section. Please open the files in the given order.

    PART 1 (30%)
    READING (60 MINS)
    In this part of the exam, you will read texts on a general topic.

    Text 1: 1 short text,
    Text 2: 1 medium-length text,
    Text 3: 1 longer text

    PART 2 (30%)
    LISTENING (35 MINS)

    There are 2 sections in this part:

    Section 1: Lecture

    First, listen to the lecture AND take notes on the note-taking sheet. THEN, answer the questions using your notes.

    Section 2: Conversation

    Listen to the conversation and answer the questions as you listen.
