Important update regarding scholarship for Horizontal Transfer Within ÖZÜ (Based on Academic Standing):

When students transfer based on academic standing, they are subject to the tuition fee for the relevant academic year, determined by the year of entry into the University for the program they are transferring to. You can find information about fees and payment methods based on the year of entry into the University and the program they are transferring to on the Fees and Payments page of the University website. Information on the duration and terms of scholarships can be found on the Scholarship and Financial Support page.

For horizontal transfers within ÖzÜ (based on academic standing), students are subject to the terms and conditions of the guide scholarship and additional scholarships (tuition fee exemption, cash, meals, dormitory/transportation, etc.) applicable upon their initial enrollment (excluding transfers to the Pilot Program). In calculating the scholarship duration, the time spent in the programs enrolled at the University, starting from the year of their initial enrollment, is considered together and cannot exceed the total time spent in the year of entry.

Students are responsible for paying any additional fees (such as a uniform and knife set) in addition to the tuition fee for the program they are transferring to. Additional fees are paid by all students, whether full, partial, or non-scholarship recipients, according to the fees and payment terms determined for the academic year they transfer, regardless of any tuition scholarships or exemptions. Any additional fees (such as uniform and knife sets) paid in addition to tuition fees for their previous program are non-refundable.

Kind Regards,
Student Services
