Industrial Engineering Undergraduate Student Yaşar Maden Represents Özyeğin University at the International Student Leaders Meeting on Sustainability

Yaşar Maden, a sophomore Industrial Engineering student at Özyeğin University, successfully represented our University at the 3rd International Student Leaders Meeting on Sustainability (ISLMS 2025), held from April 10 to 12, 2025, in Szeged, Hungary.

The international conference is intended to raise awareness of sustainability on a global scale, providing a platform for sharing best practices and innovations. During the event, Özyeğin University’s sustainability vision and initiatives were shared with the participants. Our student Yaşar Maden presented Özyeğin University’s sustainability-driven transformation, highlighting our environmental responsibility projects and institutional approach. Through his presentation, Maden made valuable contributions to the expansion of our international academic collaborations and our impact in the field of sustainability.
