Summer School 2025 – The Catholic University of Korea, Republic of Korea: CUK Global Summer School

We would like to share with all students the announcement regarding CUK Global Summer School sent from one of our partner institutions, The Catholic University of Korea (Republic of Korea).

Please note that as the International Exchange & Partnership Programs Office, we do not have any information other than that provided to us by the institution. Therefore, should you need any further details, please contact The Catholic University of Korea.

The transfer and adaptation of the courses and credits taken at the summer/winter school to OzU transcript are optional and are subject to approval by the OzU Faculty/Graduate School. If you would like to get this program’s courses and credits transferred to your OzU transcript, you should contact the administration of your Faculty/Graduate School to learn about the procedure before you register for a course at the partner institution.

We are pleased to invite your students to participate in the CGSS program, which will be held for 2 weeks from August 4th to August 16th. 

• Where: CUK Songsim Campus (Bucheon, Gyeonggi)
• Courses: Basic Korean language classes, Korean studies (lecture+experiences mixed): includes various indoor & outdoor activities that can help students having comprehensive understanding of Korea
• Application : May 26 - June 22, 2025 (application submitted through google survey)

• Program duration: August 4 - 16, 2025
• Fee: KRW 1,493,000 (approximately USD 1100) Includes registration fee, dormitory fee, tuition and activity fees / Does not include meals, pick-up from/to airport

Special Benefits for CUK's partner universities*

       - In order to enhance cooperative relationship and resolve the imbalance in student mobility, CUK will offer program fee 50% waiver for some students from Ozyegin University. Students who get waiver benefits will have to pay KRW 993,000(approximately USD 720).

  • 2025 CGSS is subject to cancellation in case of insufficient number of applicants.
  • CUK is not responsible for visas to participate the program .
